Bookkeeping Assistant Manager

Omeba Solution Inc. is seeking an experienced Financial Record Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, reconciling bank and book balances, and assisting in preparing financial statements.
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about finance and eager to take on new responsibilities. You will work closely with our accounting team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Reconcile bank and book balances.
- Assist in preparing financial statements.
- Process payments to suppliers.
- Maintain and monitor accounts payable.
- Track and analyze expenses.
- Filing and encoding of receipts and supporting documents.
- Issue bills to customers and assist with collections.
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance Management or Accounting Technology.
- Knowledge of general accounting principles and practices.
- Experience working with QuickBooks.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality.
