Senior Data Integration Engineer

We're seeking an accomplished Senior Data Integration Engineer to lead the implementation and scale-up of our internal and external system integrations with data and analytics solutions. This strategic technical role involves designing how data flows across critical business systems, enabling real-time visibility, automation, and operational efficiency across teams.

  • Develop scalable integration frameworks and reusable patterns using iPaaS platforms or custom microservices.
  • Lead integration projects across teams (RevOps, Finance, Product, Engineering) to automate workflows and improve data consistency.
  • Build and maintain real-time and batch integrations across systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Notion, and internal APIs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integration engineering, data engineering, or similar roles, with expertise in working with APIs, webhooks, OAuth flows, and modern integration platforms. They should also be proficient in tools like Zapier, dbt, or custom middleware frameworks, and have experience designing for idempotency, error handling, retries, and observability in data syncs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of integrations, including requirements gathering, system design, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and documentation.
  • Partner with security and IT to ensure compliance, data protection, and auditability of integration workflows.
  • Develop internal tooling or SDKs for integration reliability, schema validation, and transformation.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in integration engineering, data engineering, or similar roles.
  • Deep experience working with APIs, webhooks, OAuth flows, and modern integration platforms.
  • Strong hands-on skills with tools like Zapier, dbt, or custom middleware frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Python or JavaScript (Node.js) for scripting and integration logic.
