About the Job

This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of new products, with a focus on industrialization of product-related innovations and renovations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and organize product development by standardizing compliant formulas in collaboration with a central team, managing industrial trials, identifying factory requirements, coordinating product acceptance, and maintaining manufacturing documentation.
  • Evaluate and adjust factory recipes based on finished product analysis to ensure compliance, lead raw material specification for infant formula, coordinate with various departments on compliance issues, and ensure new products meet legal standards.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to reduce operational costs and enhance product quality and safety, provide technical support for problem-solving in manufacturing, and elevate knowledge through training within the department.
