Job Description

This role involves the entire product development process, working across multiple functions to transform initial concepts into viable commercial products. As a Product Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of new products and improving existing ones.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with cross-functional teams to identify development needs, conduct market research, and evaluate new product ideas.
  • Researching and evaluating suppliers to ensure they meet quality and compliance standards.
  • Coordinating with marketing teams to ensure timely completion of marketing-related deliverables and collaborating with operations teams to manage costs and MOQs.
  • Managing project timelines, keeping stakeholders informed, and ensuring each project is completed on schedule.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product development, ideally within the baby, kids, or toys categories.
  • 1-2 years of project management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
