Customer Service Role This customer service position involves managing inbound and outbound calls efficiently, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service to healthcare clients. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Manage phone calls effectively, addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Utilize expertise in healthcare accounts to navigate software systems effectively
  • Handle customer accounts in collections, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of outstanding balances, and negotiating payment arrangements when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and account updates.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in healthcare account management to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
 Requirements: 
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare environment, with knowledge of relevant software.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling collections accounts and familiarity with collections practices and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
