Frontend Developer Opportunity

Job Description

The successful candidate will work closely with the lead developer/co-founder to develop frontend features using React.js and JavaScript. This is a detail-oriented role that requires strong attention to quality and commitment to following established coding styles and conventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement frontend features based on provided specifications
  • Conduct thorough manual QA and testing of implemented features before submission
  • Collaborate with the lead engineer to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
  • Write clean, maintainable code that adheres to engineering standards
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure consistency and learning
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues methodically and thoroughly
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 5+ years of experience with JavaScript and React.js
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to code quality
  • Excellent ability to follow established coding styles and conventions
  • Proven track record of implementing features based on written requirements and specifications
  • Experience with manual QA and testing methodologies
  • Self-motivated and effective in a remote-work environment
  • Bonus: Experience with AI and LLM tools like Claude Code
