About the Position:

This position involves supervising and guiding the accounting team, developing and implementing financial reporting processes, maintaining internal controls, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial information.
  • Liaise with BU Finance teams to understand trends influencing LE reporting and tax compliance due to local regulations.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  2. Strong auditing background and/or technical financial accounting standards expertise.
  3. Fluent English language skills; other languages desired.
  4. Experience in SAP, Excel, and Microsoft tools.
  5. At least 7 years of experience in Accounting/Auditing, leadership, problem-solving, process improvement, and communication.
  6. At least 2-3 years of management/supervisory experience required.
  7. Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
