We are seeking a highly skilled International Trade and Logistics Specialist to join our team at MYUNG DANG PLUS DEVELOPMENT, INC.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating smooth trade operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trade Facilitation: Assist in the processing of import and export documents, permits, and licenses to ensure timely clearance and customs compliance.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics providers to ensure efficient transportation and delivery of goods.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners to facilitate seamless trade operations.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on trade activities, including metrics on efficiency, costs, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in any field
  • At least one year of experience in international trade or logistics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of VISA processing and Bureau of Customs (BOC) transactions
  • Ability to process insurance company requirements and import/export permits
  • Proficiency in preparing monthly and quarterly reports

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of PHP 60,000 - PHP 90,000 per month, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
