Warehouse Logistics Specialist

In this role as a Warehouse Logistics Specialist at 7107 Concrete Careers Inc., you will be responsible for safely operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport goods and materials.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport goods and materials efficiently, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
• Load and unload trucks and containers, ensuring items are secured and organized to prevent damage or loss.
• Inspect forklifts before and after use, reporting any maintenance issues to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, including quantities and locations, to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and other team members to achieve operational efficiency and meet customer demands.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with valid forklift operator certification.
• Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting is essential, with strong attention to detail and safety practices.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are required.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (typically up to 50 lbs) and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
