Product Development Officer

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop new products that meet client and regulatory requirements in a timely, high-quality, and cost-effective manner.
* Conduct trials on existing products with or without modifications as needed by clients.
* Perform physicochemical analyses and stability studies on trial results.
* Conduct research to support modifications of existing products.
* Collaborate closely with Product Introduction and Production teams to schedule products for compression, encapsulation, capping, blistering, stripping, and other related works.
* Assist in requesting materials needed for development and follow up with Purchasing.
* Participate in problem-solving analysis and design of experiments during product development.
* Conduct inventory of materials, finished products, glassware, fixtures, and books in the department.
* Submit weekly reports to superiors on accomplishments, plans, issues, and concerns.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's/College Degree in Pharmacy required.
* Professional Regulations Commission (PRC) License preferred.
* Experience in product development is an advantage, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Knowledge of product development technical activities such as pre-formulation, Design of Experiment, Problem Solving Analysis, and use of Risk Assessment Tools.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret data.
* Goal-oriented, able to work with minimal supervision, and open-minded.
* Residing in Dasmariñas, Cavite or nearby provinces.
* Ability to start work as soon as possible.
