Advanced Rater Position

This role requires an experienced professional to support the development, testing, and refinement of AI rating guidelines. You will identify gray areas in guidelines, flag edge cases, and offer structured feedback that engineers and clients can act on.

Main Responsibilities
  • Review ambiguous or edge-case examples with attention to linguistic nuance and rating logic.
  • Identify inconsistencies, unclear instructions, or subjective interpretation risks in evolving rating criteria.
  • Surface detailed insights about rating complexity, user intent confusion, and contextual mismatches that can inform guideline updates.
  • Translate technical or abstract rating experiences into clear feedback for client and engineering stakeholders.
  • Contribute to presentations, data summaries, or insight write-ups that explain rater interpretation trends or rating difficulties.
  • Proactively recommend edits, additions, or training enhancements to improve clarity and precision in guideline documents.
  • Help benchmark quality standards for internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to resolve ambiguity.
  • Interest in language, logic, and AI development.
  • Experience with data labeling or guideline evaluation is a plus.
