Job Overview

We're seeking a meticulous Manual Tester to join our team. As a Manual Tester, you will be responsible for executing thorough tests across new and existing features.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Test Execution: Execute structured functional and exploratory tests across new and existing features. Perform thorough regression testing prior to releases to ensure stability.
  2. Bug Identification and Reporting: Accurately reproduce, log, and track bugs using issue tracking systems. Write clear and detailed bug reports, including reproduction steps, expected vs. actual results, and relevant screenshots or logs.
  3. Collaboration and Communication: Work cross-functionally with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to clarify feature requirements and raise concerns. Participate in QA reviews and daily stand-ups to share progress and blockers.
  4. Documentation and Test Coverage: Maintain lightweight, up-to-date documentation on test coverage, scenarios, and known issues. Flag gaps in coverage and work with the team to address them.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies or edge cases.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience testing web applications and knowledge of GitLab issue tracking systems.
  • Communication Skills: Clear written English communication skills, especially for reporting bugs and writing documentation.
