About this role
  • Act as a cloud system administrator with expertise in AWS, Google Cloud, and multi-cloud infrastructure
  • Maintain optimal network performance and ensure server uptime
  • Create and implement automated alerting and monitoring systems for log management
  • Develop tools to mitigate weaknesses in incident management or software delivery
  • Troubleshoot Support Escalation requests
  • Install, configure, and upgrade new hardware and software to meet business objectives
  • Implement robust security protocols to prevent potential threats
  • Manage user access and perform data backup and archiving procedures
  • Perform diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems

Requirements and qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Professional certification in Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco
  • At least two years' experience in IT administration
  • Proven expertise in IT systems, networks, and related technologies
  • Familiarity with best practices in IT administration and system security
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
