About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our integration workstream for the Branch Teller System in the Philippines market. This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise in large-scale IT implementations and drive success in the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive integration plan with existing interfacing systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Manage and coordinate the overall integration workstream, monitoring progress, and regularly liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including Software & System Integration vendors and owners of interfacing systems.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues, keeping program leadership informed and collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
  • Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on project progress, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years' relevant experience in leading Integration workstreams for large-scale IT/Technology implementations in the banking sector, preferably with Core Banking projects like Temenos, Finacle, or Branch Banking Systems.
  • Experience with both API-based and file-based integrations, with a strong understanding of system interfaces and data exchange protocols.
  • A proven track record of working in the Philippines market or Asia, with knowledge of regional regulations and industry standards.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving collaboration across departments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse groups.

Salary Range
