Job Description

The Solution Assessment Consultant role is a critical position responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the quality of assessment services. This involves managing a portfolio of Solution Assessments, utilizing best-in-class Microsoft platforms to help organizations define a roadmap to achieve their strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understanding customers' business objectives and technical requirements, articulating relevant benefits and outcomes through Solution Assessment.
  • Determining the optimal platform to achieve stated objectives, supporting deployment through complete discovery.
  • Completing analysis of collected data, identifying key insights, and producing an executive summary assessment report.
  • Presenting key insights and actionable recommendations in an appropriate summary form to relevant customer and Microsoft stakeholders.
  • Supporting seamless customer transition into post-assessment actions with relevant Microsoft or Partner teams.
Opportunities for Growth

Candidates in this role will develop critical career skills in collaboration with the Inviso and Microsoft Solution Assessment teams. They will also benefit from a broad network of Inviso lines of business and client relationships across Azure, BI, Software Asset Management (SAM), Marketing, and Consulting solution areas.

Required Experience and Skills
  • 3-5 years of practical experience in solution sales, technical sales, or consulting in Microsoft solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong comprehension of Cloud technologies, Microsoft 365, and Azure solutions, as well as related solutions/tools subject matters.
  • Assessment discovery platforms - practical experience assisting customers deploy, troubleshoot, and leverage stated platforms.
  • Experience in performing CAF and governance model workshops to uncover customer Cloud migration reasons and goals.

  • Ability to manage timely delivery of multiple, complex projects concurrently.
  • A team player with a learning mindset, able to learn fast and deliver assignments.
  • Strong attention to detail, data analysis, and analytical skills.
