Responsibilities:
  • Project Directory Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain an accurate and up-to-date project directory, encompassing essential company details.
  • Team Management: Ensure that all users are assigned to the correct companies and possess the necessary project templates.
  • Insurance Management: Oversee the uploading of insurance documentation for contractors into Procore, guaranteeing complete and accurate details. Moreover, ensure that uploaded documents include expiry dates and trigger notifications for renewal tracking.
  • Procore Proficiency: Possess expertise in managing Core Tools, including document management, directory management, and administrative settings as needed.
  • Project Management Tools: Effectively manage RFIs, submittals, inspections, incidents, observations, and defect lists.
  • Financial Management Tools: Update the cost report with accurate forecasts, add subcontractors with detailed relative cost breakdowns, review and process progress claims, raise head contract variations, and record and track subcontract variations.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills to join our team as a Project Coordinator.
