Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Infrastructure Architect to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-availability cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in cloud computing, Linux system administration, and software development lifecycle. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud services and applications.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement highly available cloud infrastructure solutions
  • Maintain and optimize cloud environments for performance, security, and scalability
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate cloud services into application workflows
  • Develop and maintain thorough documentation of cloud infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting procedures
  • Perform duties associated with patching and vulnerability management, including troubleshooting, issue identification, solutions, and testing
  • Execute routine maintenance operations of systems monitoring and reporting, including usage, availability, and other key performance indicators
Requirements:
  • Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED - Required
  • Licenses or Certifications:
  • Linux Admin certifications - Required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 8-10 years of UNIX/Linux system administration experience with a large infrastructure and organization
  • Firm understanding of Linux internals and experience in the design, implementation, and maintenance of UNIX/Linux based infrastructures
  • 8+ years Linux, NAS, SAN experience required · Storage skills desirable
  • Experience with building, configuring, and deploying Linux systems
  • Excellent experience in cloud, virtualizations, and storage technologies and solutions
