About the Job

MILLLENNIAL ZEAL TECHNOLOGY CORPORATION is seeking an ambitious and driven Territory Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's objectives.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients/dealers to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  3. Lead and manage a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets.
  4. Work closely with other departments such as Admin, Marketing, Accounts, and Aftersales to drive sales growth.
  5. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Proven sales experience in a similar role.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
