The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Millennial Zeal Technology Corporation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients/dealers to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets.
- Work closely with other departments such as Admin, Marketing, Accounts, and Aftersales to drive sales growth.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
