About the Role:
The primary responsibility of this role is to work closely with clients to understand their travel requirements and preferences, ensuring that their needs are met through efficient and effective account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries, and proactively addressing any concerns they may have
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and car rentals
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications using CRM software
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to continuously improve services and stay ahead in the market
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, such as hospitality, travel, or sales
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a travel account management or sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as CRM software
