Financial Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced accounting expert to join our finance team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for maintaining financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple entities and jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations across international entities.
  • Process invoices, manage payments, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Verify and process employee reimbursements while ensuring policy compliance.
  • Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate records and compliance.
  • Assist in preparing P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
  • Perform month-end close, including reconciliations and variance resolution.
  • Support tax and compliance functions, including VAT/GST, payroll, and corporate tax filings.
  • Track expenses and recommend cost-control improvements.
  • Identify automation opportunities and enhance workflows.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
  • 3+ years of accounting experience, including AP, payroll, and financial reporting.
  • Experience with both Australian and US accounting standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong understanding of IFRS & local accounting standards.
  • Experience with Xero, NetSuite, or similar accounting software.
  • Advanced Excel skills & exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
