Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural design, analysis, and high-rise building design.

Responsibilities

  • Design and analyze high-rise buildings, including structural systems, building codes, and zoning regulations.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in high-rise building design and construction.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
  • Vacancy available for Graduate Engineers and Professional Engineers.
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • New Graduate Civil Engineers are welcome to apply.
  • License Civil Engineer (board passer/professional license)
  • Familiarity with CAD software and building information modeling (BIM).
