As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth day-to-day operation of our hostel.

Your duties will include:

  • Managing Facilities
    • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the hostel.
    • Identifying and addressing any maintenance issues promptly to minimize disruption to guests and staff.
    • Ensuring that all facilities are fully functional and compliant with health and safety regulations.
  • Leading a Team
    • Recruiting, training, and developing a team of up to 50 staff members.
    • Coaching and mentoring staff to improve their skills and performance.
    • Building strong relationships with staff to foster a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Driving Sales and Marketing
    • Developing and implementing strategies to increase accommodation bookings and occupancy rates.
    • Liaising with tour operators to establish tours and promotions.
    • Collaborating with the marketing team to create and execute effective sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Financial Management
    • Preparing and managing budgets to ensure financial control and stability.
    • Monitoring and analyzing financial reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Implementing cost-saving measures to optimize profitability.
