
Merchandise Claims Specialist

The role of Home-Based Claims Representative involves investigating and resolving customer claims related to branded merchandise.
This position requires a skilled communicator with excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming customer claims related to promotional product orders.
- Cross-functional collaboration with internal departments to identify root causes and determine resolutions.
- Effective communication with customers throughout the claims process.
- Execution of claims resolutions, including product reprints, credits, refunds, replacements, or discounts.
The successful candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities, high attention to detail, strong organizational habits, and proficiency in ERP and CRM systems used in the promotional products industry.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, claims resolution, or order investigation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
- Highly proficient in English, both spoken and written.
