Employee Relations and Engagement Manager Job Summary:

  • A key role within the Human Resources team, responsible for providing support for employee relations and engagement.

The successful candidate will have experience in all facets of HR, with a focus on employee relations and engagement. They will participate in HR championed activities, ensure consistent feedback to employees, and promote communication and efficiency within the HR team.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather facts, review citations and disciplinary actions, and make recommendations for grievances and employee concerns.
  • Prepare weekly attrition reports and analysis, as well as conduct exit interviews on 90% of voluntary attrition.
  • Provide administrative assistance to Human Resources Officers and Managers, including being knowledgeable about company systems like SAP.
  • Ensure efficient maintenance of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) databank for hiring, resignations, movements, and appraisals.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Develop and consolidate HR expense reports, and provide HR documents such as Certificate of Employment (COE), Leave Forms, and Banks Forms as requested by employees.
  • Coordinate between shift managers, team leaders, agents, and other internal customers for manpower concerns.
  • Prepare attrition reports and conduct exit interviews.
