Lab Technician

The role is responsible for performing analysis in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.

  • Analyze samples of raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Release results of analyses to relevant stakeholders as part of the acceptance criteria.
  • Document any deviations from expected results and communicate with relevant parties to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • NIR Analysis: Perform NIR analysis on raw materials and finished products to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and control quality parameters to ensure consistency and reliability.
  • Sample Management: Receive, process, and store samples in a controlled environment.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all analyses and results.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in laboratory operations is advantageous but not necessary.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and decision-making skills, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.
