Key Roles and Responsibilities

The key objective of this role is to establish a strong digital presence through creative content management. As a full-time, remote specialist, you will be responsible for shaping the brand voice across various social media platforms, email campaigns, and blog content.

Content Creation & Management
  • Develop and implement a consistent content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
  • Produce engaging daily content aligned with the brand tone, including reels, stories, carousels, photos, and captions.
  • Maintain community engagement by responding to comments, direct messages, and interacting with followers to foster trust and connection.
  • Ensure a professional, polished visual style across all content.
Secondary Responsibilities
  • Contribute 2-4 high-quality blog posts per month focusing on healthcare topics, patient education, and wellness.
  • Perform keyword research and optimize posts for SEO using tools like Google Keyword Planner or similar.
  • Design and send compelling email campaigns to our subscriber base.
  • Track performance metrics and provide monthly reporting with insights and recommendations.

Required Skills:

  • 2-4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.
  • Stable internet and backup options.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to brand tone and patient-first communication.
  • Experience with short-form video editing software (e.g., Reels, TikTok, Adobe Premiere Rush, or CapCut).
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar).
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals and blog writing best practices.
