Key Responsibilities:
  • Tenant Acquisition: Identify and target potential commercial and industrial tenants for vacant properties, develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and secure new tenants, and conduct property tours and presentations to showcase available spaces.
  • Government Documentation: Ensure compliance with all relevant government regulations and requirements, manage and organize documentation related to property ownership, leasing agreements, and other legal requirements, and coordinate with government agencies to facilitate smooth and timely processing of necessary permits and licenses.
  • Real Estate Firm Engagement: Collaborate with real estate firms to maximize property exposure and enhance leasing opportunities, negotiate and establish agreements with real estate brokers and agents, and maintain strong relationships with key real estate professionals in the industry.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and pursue strategic partnerships to enhance property value and market positioning, explore opportunities for collaboration with businesses, institutions, and other stakeholders, and negotiate and manage partnerships that align with the company's objectives.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, conduct regular market research to identify potential tenants and market demands, and provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.

Candidates with relevant experience and a strong background in property management are encouraged to apply. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate Management, or a related field is required. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with real estate professionals and potential partners, are essential for this role.
