Financial Transaction Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to manage daily financial transactions, prepare accurate financial reports, and communicate with clients through email.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and update general ledger accounts and entries to ensure accurate financial transactions
- Prepare monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts to aid strategic planning
- Provide regular reports and analysis to management for decision-making
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and organizational policies
- Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Knowledge of financial regulations and industry standards
- Experience with financial data analysis and reporting
