
Ecommerce Operational Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Operations Specialist to join our team. This role may focus on Category Leadership (strategic growth management) or as an Amazon Support Manager (day-to-day operational support).
- The Category Manager will drive high-level strategies, focusing on revenue growth, product expansion, and advertising optimization.
- The Amazon Support Manager will ensure smooth daily operations, including catalog management, troubleshooting, and account health maintenance.

Key ResponsibilitiesCategory Manager (Strategic Focus)
- Develop and implement sales, pricing, and advertising strategies to increase profitability and market share.
- Leverage performance data to fine-tune product positioning, pricing, and promotional tactics.
- Identify and evaluate product expansion opportunities using market research and competitive analysis.
- Improve underperforming SKUs to increase margin and ensure product relevance.
- Manage and forecast inventory levels to balance demand and cost efficiency.
- Lead and refine PPC campaigns and keyword strategies to improve visibility and conversion rates.
- Conduct market intelligence gathering and monitor competitor activity.
Amazon Support Manager (Operational Focus)
- Manage and update product listings, variations, and categories for accuracy and discoverability.
- Handle case management and resolve account or product-related issues via Seller Central.
- Monitor account health, compliance, and performance metrics.
- Support advertising efforts by assisting with PPC monitoring and reporting.
- Perform keyword research and apply basic SEO improvements.
- Generate performance reports to highlight areas of opportunity.
- Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution across catalog, advertising, and inventory functions.
Shared Responsibilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and marketing teams.
- Continuously maintain and refine SOPs for efficiency and knowledge-sharing.
- Adapt to evolving business needs and marketplace changes.
Must-Have
- 1–2 years minimum experience working with Amazon Seller Central (Generalist).
- 2+ years managing a category with proven results in sales and profitability (Category Manager).
- Solid understanding of catalog management, listing optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in PPC campaign management and reporting.
- Knowledge of A+ content, brand registry, and listing enhancements.
- Inventory management and demand forecasting experience.
- Ability to create and refine processes for team efficiency.
