We're looking for a highly skilled Claims Officer to join our team, who will be responsible for driving process improvements for healthcare claims operations, managing claims processing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance reporting tools within the Hive Portal, ensuring data accuracy for hospital bills, procedures, and professional fees.
- Manage and oversee claims processing, ensuring all supporting documents are complete and accurate.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with healthcare, finance, and product teams to ensure smooth integration of new systems and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in healthcare claims processing, preferably in a startup or tech-driven environment.
- Familiarity with medical coding and billing procedures.
