Operations Manager Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional to oversee the day-to-day execution of workflows, team coordination, and administrative functions within our organization.

This role ensures campaigns are delivered on time, task boards are consistently updated, and performance runs smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, systems-driven, and confident managing a remote team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Department Workflow Management:
    • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure completion of all assigned tasks.
    • Maintain and implement operational SOPs for task execution and campaign support.
    • Monitor and update project management tools to track ongoing activities and deadlines.
    • Identify and resolve blockers that delay task execution.
  • Team Leadership Oversight:
    • Supervise and mentor team members, including Leads Team Leaders, Coordinators, and Assistants.
    • Assign daily workloads, monitor completion rates, and track attendance.
    • Lead onboarding and training for new team members.
    • Conduct performance check-ins and submit evaluations as required.
  • Cross-Department Coordination:
    • Collaborate with Social Media, Content, and Chat teams to ensure timely task handoffs.
    • Facilitate communication flow between departments for campaign-related deliverables.
    • Flag operational concerns or task delays to leadership as appropriate.
  • Administrative Oversight Reporting:
    • Verify payroll data such as attendance, deliverable completion, and daily check-ins.
    • Maintain calendars, trackers, and communication logs.
    • Provide weekly operations updates and report on team task completion rates.
    • Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, security protocols, and documentation practices.

The ideal candidate has at least 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in lead generation, digital marketing, or operations. They should have previous experience managing a remote team, especially in a digital or marketing setting, and be familiar with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp).

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage the team effectively, you must have strong organizational and communication skills.
  • You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring all tasks are completed on time, and maintaining accurate records.
  • A key part of this job is to identify and mitigate any issues that may impact the team's productivity.
  • In addition to these responsibilities, you will also need to collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in lead generation, digital marketing, or operations.
  • Previous experience managing a remote team, especially in a digital or marketing setting.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp).
