Electrical Estimator

A highly skilled Electrical Estimator is required to join our team. This role involves taking ownership of the estimating function for electrical construction projects, analyzing blueprints and technical documentation to generate accurate and competitive cost estimates.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed estimates and bid submissions for electrical projects.
  • Review and interpret project drawings and specifications.
  • Assemble organized and accurate estimates and proposals for design-build and construction projects.
  • Solicit quotes from trades and suppliers and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to clarify project details and ensure alignment.

Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience as an Electrical Estimator.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical estimating software such as Accubid or similar tools.
  • Advanced experience with Excel and proficiency in data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated success in project management and cost control.
