Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ Years of Experience: Talent sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
  • Leadership Experience: At least 3 years of leadership experience in talent sourcing, particularly in high-volume hiring environments.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Experience using recruitment metrics, ATS platforms, and analytics tools.
  • In-Depth Understanding: Labor market trends, competitor hiring strategies, and emerging sourcing technologies.
  • Familiarity with Automation Tools: CRM systems and employer branding techniques.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building and negotiation.
  • Amenable to Work Onsite: In Makati.
