Main Responsibilities
  • Generate reports of test results and errors detected
  • Define priorities and plan tests of system requirements
  • Document system functionalities in quality control processes and software development cycles
  • Communicate issues with appropriate urgency
  • Create automated test scripts for efficient testing and software delivery
  • Collaborate with development and product management teams for comprehensive requirements
  • Analyze end-user requirements for test plans and cases
  • Execute manual and automated test cases, debug, detect errors, document, and follow up for resolution
  • Identify, reproduce, and report defects and verify fixes
  • Contribute to agile development processes and continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
  • Remote setup with hybrid reporting options
  • Amenable to EST work schedule
  • 5+ years experience in testing, building, or supporting web applications
  • Experience testing APIs and client applications
  • Proficient in using ticketing systems like Jira
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership ability to build, lead, and inspire teams
  • Familiarity with automated browser testing using end-to-end frameworks
