Role Overview

This position involves the creation of engaging multimedia content to captivate diverse audiences.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Design Preparation: Utilize new briefs to establish design templates with precise and detailed content, including photography.
  • All new projects must be completed in a timely manner and accurately adhere to supplied briefs and design templates.
  • Handle multiple briefs weekly.
  • Applying Feedback and Exporting: Implement text and image changes based on feedback from the team; export designs across print and digital formats.
  • All feedback and exports must be completed efficiently and accurately executed.
  • Create AI backgrounds for product photography.
  • Employ AI prompts to generate realistic outputs.
  • Support and collaborate with designers while maintaining open communication about workflow statuses.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a multimedia or graphic design role.
  • Demonstrated expertise with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience producing videos for social and web platforms (editing, subtitling, basic animation).
  • Strong visual design principles—color, typography, layout.
  • Ability to interpret briefs and create captivating content across various formats.
  • Collaborative mindset; highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines; familiarity with CMS platforms and basic web content principles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience working in a global, cross-functional team.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web optimization techniques.
  • Podcast editing or audio production experience.
  • Experience with Canva or other quick-turn design tools.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and performance-based design thinking.
