As a Senior UX Designer on our team, you will be responsible for leading design execution across our current platform, as well as contributing to future development, design system optimization, and AI-driven innovation.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead UX and visual design efforts for roadmap features, including AI-powered Virtual Assistants.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Developers to deliver high-quality designs aligned with business objectives.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to usability, accessibility, and branding standards.

Future Development Opportunities
  • Support the design of HR site templates and administrative tooling solutions.
  • Deliver UX and visual designs that scale seamlessly across employee-facing experiences.
  • Work under the guidance of a UX Architect to ensure consistency and quality.

Design System Innovation
  • Contribute to Embark's software design system SDS by supporting the development of visual and interactive design components, UX patterns, and structural standards.
  • Participate in early-stage design explorations and concept prototyping for AI-driven innovation initiatives.
  • Help shape design vision decks and communicate strategic opportunities through compelling visuals.

Candidate Requirements
  • 5-7+ years of experience designing complex enterprise software, preferably within regulated industries.
  • Exceptional visual design skills with a strong portfolio demonstrating clarity, consistency, and craftsmanship.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality UX and UI designs in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Product Owners, Developers, and Testers.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience designing enterprise tools that support HR communications or employee engagement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with generative AI design patterns and emerging AI-driven user experiences.
