mc2-villarin accounting office seeks an experienced Client Partnership Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive business growth.
  2. Main Contact: Serve as the main contact for client inquiries and issues, ensuring their needs are met and business goals are achieved.
  3. Account Performance: Monitor and manage account performance to ensure client satisfaction.
  4. Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to increase revenue.
  5. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client solutions and meet their expectations.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree: Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Possess proven experience in account management, sales, or a related role.
  3. Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  4. Additional Skills: Experience in the relevant industry is a plus, and proficiency in Public Speaking and Creative Problem Solving is highly valued.
