Medical Operations Manager

A medical operations manager is responsible for overseeing the performance of virtual assistants and ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily planning, operations, and problem-solving for Medical Client-VA pairs to meet set targets.
  • Collaborate with clients to create task lists for productivity and profitability.
  • Support clients in growing their businesses using Global Medical services.
  • Manage Medical Client-VA relationships.
  • Mitigate concerns, anticipate growth, identify patterns, handle situations, escalate high-level issues, negotiate, etc., while managing client needs.
Requirements
  • Prefers a degree in a medical or healthcare-related field.
  • Requires at least three years of experience in Healthcare/Medical Management/Remote Management.
  • Must be highly proficient in English (written and oral).
  • Can perform under pressure and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset, organized, focused, and motivated.
  • At least one year of Training and Development experience (preferred).
  • Ability to think outside the box and understand requirements.
  • Efficient with MS Office applications and Google Suite.
  • Open to flexible work arrangements, including night shifts.
