Job Title:

Visual Communications Specialist

The role of a Visual Communications Specialist is to create visually compelling designs across various digital and print media. This includes web pages, brochures, logos, advertisements, and marketing materials.

They use design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) to develop high-quality graphics that align with brand identity and client specifications.

A successful candidate will have strong creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create designs by hand or using digital tools for web pages, brochures, logos, signs, book covers, annual reports, and advertisements.
  • Select appropriate fonts, colors, and layouts to enhance visual appeal and readability.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop draft designs and revise based on feedback.
  • Proofread and review final designs to ensure accuracy and alignment with client specifications.
  • Manage multiple design projects while ensuring deadlines are met.
Requirements:
  • High School Graduate, College Undergraduate, or College Graduate.
  • Proficient in using Adobe products (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent photo editing skills.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good character and willing to work flexible hours.
  • At least one year of relevant graphic design experience.
  • Available for full-time work.
