Key Responsibilities

The Corporate Communications & Public Affairs Director will be responsible for leading all aspects of critical communications to improve brand visibility and support business growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive communications plan that aligns with business goals.
  • Coordinating internal communications to keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with company objectives.
  • Improving JTI's public image through media strategies, engaging with collaborators, customers, partners, and team members.
  • Managing public relations, crisis communication, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in communications, marketing, or a related field. Proven expertise in media relations, corporate branding, and reputation management is also essential. Experience managing crisis communications and developing proactive response strategies is highly valued.

To succeed in this role, applicants must possess excellent collaborator management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and external partners. Strong business insight, strategic thinking, and analytical approach are also required.
