
Customer Service Advocate

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong writing skills to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, to effectively handle customer inquiries.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of company policies and procedures, as well as the ability to empathize with customers and provide resolutions to their issues.
Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email and phone
- Address concerns related to online orders, including lost shipments, stock availability, and returns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
- Coordinate with other teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently
This is a full-time position working in a remote environment with standard work hours. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to multi-task effectively.
Requirements:- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an apparel eCommerce setting
- Strong understanding of customer service etiquette and company policies
- Proficiency in email management tools and basic CRM software
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
