About the RoleThis Insurance Support Specialist role involves guiding clients through the insurance process from submission to approval, ensuring all necessary steps are completed. You will maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, lead status tracking, and ensure all interactions and updates are properly logged.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Workflow Management: Guide clients through the insurance process and ensure all necessary steps are completed.
- Relationship & Communication Management: Build trust and clarity with clients, underwriters, and internal team members through empathetic and timely communication.
- Operational Support: Proactively identify areas to improve and resolve operational inefficiencies without needing guidance.
