Senior Power BI Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Power BI Developer to lead the design and optimization of our reporting and data consumption layer. This role will provide technical leadership in developing scalable, high-performance dashboards and reports in Power BI, ensuring optimal integration with Azure-based data sources.

A key part of this role involves guiding best practices across the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly in the use of Azure Data Factory (ADF), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and Snowflake as the central data platform. The expert will also play a critical role in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and supporting the platform's transformation process.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and advanced visualizations. Strong expertise in Azure Data Services, including Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse, and other cloud-based data integration tools is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of scalable, high-performance dashboards and reports in Power BI.
  • Guide best practices across the Microsoft ecosystem, particularly in the use of Azure Data Factory (ADF), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), and Snowflake.
  • Troubleshoot and perform performance tuning on the platform.
  • Support the platform's transformation process.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and advanced visualizations.
  • Strong expertise in Azure Data Services, including Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse, and other cloud-based data integration tools.
  • Practical knowledge of SSIS for ETL processes and experience integrating diverse data sources such as SAP and Salesforce.
  • Solid understanding of Snowflake is a strong advantage, especially in a hybrid Microsoft–Snowflake environment.
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor on Microsoft technologies, supporting decision-making and implementation strategies.
