Job Description

Reap is a global financial technology company that enables businesses worldwide to access financial connectivity and services. We provide corporate cards, payments, and expense management tools that streamline financial operations.

As a Senior Data Integration Engineer at Reap, you will lead the implementation and scaling up of internal and external system integrations with data and analytics solutions. You will design how data flows across critical business systems, enabling real-time visibility, automation, and operational efficiency.

  • Lead integration projects across teams (RevOps, Finance, Product, Engineering) to automate workflows and improve data consistency
  • Architect scalable integration frameworks and reusable patterns using iPaaS platforms or custom microservices
Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of integrations: requirements gathering, system design, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and documentation
  • Build and maintain real-time and batch integrations across systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Notion, and internal APIs
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in integration engineering, data engineering, or similar roles
  • Deep experience working with APIs, webhooks, OAuth flows, and modern integration platforms
  • Strong hands-on skills with tools like Zapier, dbt, or custom middleware frameworks
