About Our Client:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate construction activities across all active and upcoming projects nationwide.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of ensuring project delivery within scope, budget, and timelines while upholding quality, safety, and regulatory compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement construction schedules, resource plans, and procurement strategies to drive operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with finance, procurement, legal, and other departments to ensure operational alignment and cost efficiency.
  • Lead the performance management and professional development of project engineers, site managers, and construction teams.
  • Regularly visit project sites to monitor progress, review operations, and ensure alignment with approved plans.
  • Interface with contractors, suppliers, and third-party consultants to drive accountability and deliverables.
  • Culture Building & Team Leadership: Foster a culture of proactive problem-solving, discipline, and ownership among team members.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in construction management with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and direct cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
