Online Reputation Specialist

The Online Reputation Specialist will be responsible for managing and enhancing our company's online presence across various review platforms, social media channels, and forums. This role ensures our brand voice is consistent, professional, and compliant with industry regulations, while strengthening our reputation through timely and thoughtful engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and respond to online reviews on platforms such as Google, BBB, Trustpilot, Glassdoor, Yelp, etc.
- Track and engage with relevant conversations on Reddit, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Draft professional, empathetic, and brand-aligned responses to both positive and negative reviews.
- Escalate sensitive or compliance-related issues to internal leadership before responding.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on online sentiment, trends, and competitor activity.

Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 2 years of experience in online reputation management, social media, digital marketing, or community management.
- Exceptional English writing and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Experience using monitoring/ORM tools (Sprout Social, Brandwatch, Reputation.com, Meltwater, or similar).
- Familiarity with U.S. business culture and professionalism in communication.
- (Preferred but not required) Experience in financial services, collections, or other regulated industries.
