Requirements

The Business Process Analyst - Finance will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively.

The role involves:

  • Receiving and reviewing sales invoices and billing statements for completeness and accuracy.
  • Preparing or validating Payment Endorsement Memos (PEMs) and AP entries.
  • Ensuring timely preparation of Certificate of Creditable Withholding Tax (CWT).
  • Releasing payment to suppliers every Friday and verifying contents of OR and CWT documents.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy and be capable of operating standard office equipment. Willingness to work in shifting schedules and render overtime when necessary is also required.
