Welcome to The SM Store, where we value our customers above all else We are currently seeking a Store Experience Manager to join our team.
As a Store Experience Manager, you will oversee the entire customer experience, from initial contact to resolution, ensuring that every interaction meets our high standards of excellence.
- You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via phone or email, resolving customer complaints and issues, and documenting customer interactions.
- In addition, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance the overall customer experience.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
A successful Store Experience Manager will be able to prioritize tasks efficiently, manage multiple requests simultaneously, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Please note that flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed, is required for this role.
