We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Account Manager to lead our client relationships and ensure the success of our digital marketing campaigns. This role involves strategic thinking, project coordination, and relationship management to deliver measurable results and ensure client satisfaction.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy building strong relationships with clients and are passionate about staying up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, understanding their business goals, challenges, and industry.
  • Communicate campaign updates, insights, and recommendations to drive results.
  • Address client concerns promptly and maintain positive relationships.
Project and Campaign Coordination:
  • Coordinate with internal teams to manage campaigns, setting timelines and managing expectations.
  • Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
Account Growth and Upselling:
  • Identify opportunities for service expansion and support contract renewals.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to propose enhancements.
Performance Reporting:
  • Prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Review KPIs with clients and adjust strategies accordingly.
Industry Awareness and Strategy:
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools to bring innovative ideas to client strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Account Manager or similar role.
  • Understanding of channels like SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing.
  • Experience with analytics and marketing tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
  • Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
  • CRM or project management software familiarity is a plus.
